Place your order online or over the phone before 1st December 2015 to receive a 10% discount. The discount is already shown in the prices online. The prices will increase on 1st December 2015. Applies to orders to be delivered between 1st and 23rd December only. This offer is valid for seasonal bouquets over £40 and the following Christmas door wreaths : Frosted wreath, Traditional wreath, Woodland wreath, Foliage wreath and Hydrangea wreath. How to order
To order flowers, simply browse the online shop and add the bouquets or arrangements you would like into your shopping basket. Click on the 'checkout' button and you will be asked for a few details that I need to be able to complete your order.
I accept any debit or credit card payment, PayPal and bank transfer. I only accept payment in £ GBP.
I will treat an order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that I have received your order. I will indicate acceptance of your order when your payment has been processed.
My minimum order value for bouquets is £40 and this includes free delivery in central Tunbridge Wells.
I deliver in these postcodes: TN1 1, TN1 2, TN2 9, TN2 5, TN4 8, TN4 9, TN2 3
For deliveries outside of this area please contact me to discuss.
If the recipient is not home when I attempt to make a delivery, an undelivered card is left asking them to confirm a suitable time for redelivery. If a neighbour is home I will try to leave the order with them if they are willing to take responsibility for the delivery.
Flowers and plant materials
In the event of supply difficulties, I reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value.
I take care of my flowers and other materials to ensure freshness and quality at all times. However, due to the nature of working with a natural and perishable product, sometimes quality can be affected.
Please note that some flowers and plants may be harmful or poisonous. In particular, your arrangement may contain foxgloves or lily of the valley, which are poisonous and toxic if eaten, and lilies which can be extremely toxic to cats. Please do not eat and avoid contact with children and animals. Please handle flowers with gloves and wash your hands before eating or drinking.
Refunds and complaints
Should you wish to complain about an order you have placed or received, please do so as soon as possible.
Refunds may occasionally be given at my discretion. I always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient for either for a replacement or a refund depending upon the nature of the complaint.
Weddings and events
You have unlimited, reasonable access to The Florist Tunbridge Wells before your wedding date to discuss details further.
Any changes and alterations should be made, where possible, at least 10 days before the wedding date.
As with all shopping websites, I collect personal information from you when you shop online at www.thefloristtunbridgewells.co.uk.
I use this information to make your shopping experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. I need it to process your order, inform you of any delays or problems and to send you special offers and promotions.
